We combined Peaches, Pineapples and Mangoes to create a thick and rich recovery smoothie you won’t soon forget. Loaded with dietary fiber and vitamin C, this fruit combination also provides Vitamin B6, Thiamine, Potassium and Manganese. Vitamin B6 aids in the production of serotonin and also plays a major role in the manufacturing of hemoglobin and cells within our immune system. Thiamine (or Vitamin B1) plays an important part in maintaining a healthy nervous and cardiovascular system. Manganese is essential to a human’s diet, playing a key role in the activation of enzymes that are needed for digestion and utilization of foods and nutrients. This smoothie is super thick and tasty. Eat it with a spoon!
Place all ingredients into the blender and mix on low. Gradually increase speed until pureed. For a less thick smoothie, add a 1/4 cup more milk, or lessen the fruit portions a bit.
